Orlando, FL -- UNITECH® (www.unitech1.com) has leased Quadrangle 3850, a 55,215 RSF single-story office building at Concourse at Quadrangle, The Alter Group's (www.altergroup.com) 45-acre office park in Orlando. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the transaction.

According to Gilbert, "UNITECH chose the Quadrangle 3580 building because it was ready for immediate occupancy and the firm had a short window before their previous lease expired. Additionally, the firm's executives liked the possibility that they could expand into other buildings within the office park. The defense contractor also wanted proximity to their Department of Defense customers within the Training and Simulation Directorate to provide convenient access and availability to those customers for the continued development and execution of a wide array of ongoing and future training and simulation systems."
Located at Quadrangle and Corporate Boulevards in northeast Orlando and 15 miles from Orlando International Airport, the park is situated within The Quadrangle, an established 263-acre business and commercial development.
