The Alter Group Breaks Ground for a 42,000 SF Building Within the 50-Acre Arizona Health & Technology Park

Phoenix, AZ -- The Alter Group (www.altergroup.com) broke ground for a 42,000 SF, two-story office/biomedical research building at its 50-acre Arizona Health & Technology Park in Mesa, AZ, announced Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm.

Located at 5835 East Still Circle, the 42,000 SF building is the fourth that The Alter Group has developed so far at the Arizona Health & Technology Park. The park?s primary tenant is the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, which currently occupies more than 40,000 SF.

Featuring a spectrum of complex facilities, ranging from a nationally recognized university to medical office buildings to specialty hospitals to biomedical research-and-development facilities, the Arizona Health & Technology Park is an alliance between The Alter Group and the Mesa Campus of A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. CB Richard Ellis facilitated the relationship and serves as the exclusive marketing agent for the project. The park is located at Baseline and Recker Roads.
