As President, Mr. Gould directs all activities of joined Alter Asset Management, the property and facilities management affiliate of The Alter Group, responsible for the company's 6,000,000 SF of office and industrial space and 1,500 acres of land. Mr. Gould supervises the operational aspects of buildings and grounds planning, environmental issues, building systems and construction materials for joined Alter Asset Management's portfolio of business parks, more than 100 office and industrial buildings, retail and service centers in Illinois, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Arizona, Florida, Ohio and South Carolina. He supervises tenant relations; tax and rent collections; preventive maintenance; building operations; security; and energy management. Mr. Gould also supervises property and facilities management and consulting services performed for the more than 1,500,000 SF owned by the companys outside clients. |

Mr. Gould has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks, the International Facility Management Association and the Apartment and Condominium Council of Chicago. Mr. Gould, who joined Alter Asset Management in 1983, also serves as a corporate Senior Vice President of The Alter Group. He began his real estate and property management career in 1973. |
