As founder of EnTrust, Mr. Clark has completed $650 million of transactions including the sale and recapitalization of office, industrial and multifamily and single-tenant net lease properties and portfolios.
Mr. Clark has significant experience in investment banking and capital markets transactions, and extensive relationships with institutional investors, opportunity funds, REITs, developers, lenders, estate service companies and transaction professionals. He has completed over $2.5 billion of investment transactions; managed $1 billion worth of assets and portfolio properties; and provided leadership in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions.
