James I. Clark III, Managing Principal, a 19-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry possesses significant national expertise in investment banking and capital markets and extensive relationship with institutional investors, investment funds, real estate investment trusts, developers, lenders, real estate service companies and transaction professionals.  Jim's prior positions include President of the Investment Services Group at Transwestern Commercial Services, Managing Director of Institutional Services at Grubb & Ellis Company, Regional Vice President at MONY Real Estate and Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Inc.

Michael J. Alter, Managing Principal of EnTrust and President of The Alter Group, one of America's largest commercial real estate developers.  During his career, Michael has  maintained close working relationships with a large complement of leading financial institutions and investors.  This provides EnTrust with hundreds of senior-level contacts for available properties and an owner's perspective in dispatching all value-added asset initiatives.
